Kheer Chamcham is made in Nagaur’s mirror dessert. To make this, first of all milk is curdled by adding lemon to it. After that it is put in cotton cloth and hanged. After extracting water from the milk, it is converted into the shape of a spoon. Milk is boiled in a pot and sugar is added to it after thickening it. Then the prepared Chamcham is added to the milk. Gradually, when the color of that milk changes, saffron and coconut powder are added to it. In this way Kheer Chamcham is prepared.
